Delete your NowFocus account

An account is optional and only used for sync. This page is for NowFocus, the focus app by NowFocus, on Android and Windows.

Delete it in the app

1. Sign in, then open Devices and tap Account and devices (on Windows, the account section on the Devices page).
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

What is deleted

Straight away, from our live server: your account (email address and password hash), your Focus Profiles and Bedtime settings, your synced focus sessions and your device list.

Encrypted database backups that still hold this data age out within 30 days. We keep nothing else about you.

What is kept

Everything on your own devices: your history, stats and blocking rules stay there, and blocking keeps working. Delete the app to remove it.

Can’t get into the app?

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and we’ll delete it. Waitlist entries from this website can be removed the same way.
